Tailored Digital Solutions for Fresh Horizon

Challenges

Fresh Horizon, a brand focused on promoting a healthier lifestyle through skiing, fitness, and wellness services, approached us with the need for a cohesive digital presence. The challenge was to create three distinct websites: one for their ski school, another for personal coaching and nutrition, and a third for an e-commerce shop. Each website required unique features, such as a better booking system, integrated payment options (Twint), and a multi-language setup, while maintaining a consistent brand message across all platforms. Additionally, Fresh Horizon sought to improve user experience and automate processes as much as possible.

Our process

1. Website Design and Development
We worked on designing three websites that reflected the core values of Fresh Horizon: environmental protection, healthy living, and a personal approach to wellness.

Ski School Website: We designed this in navy dark blue to maintain the original branding, while adding a new landing page for the Zermatt location.

Fitness Coaching Website: We focused on a clean, modern design with interactive features such as a PR board, a discount for members, and a caloric calculator. The website also offered detailed coaching and nutrition services.

Shop Website: The e-commerce site showcased Stanley & Stella merchandise with an emphasis on environmental protection. We ensured the shop was easy to navigate, featuring a simple and clean design.

2. Integration of Features

Twint Payment Integration: Recognizing that Twint is the most popular payment method in Switzerland, we integrated it across all three websites.

Booking System: We upgraded the booking system to Amelia, allowing users to book, cancel, and reschedule workouts with ease. We also implemented a members-only system to offer personalized workout plans and track progress.

Multi-Language Support: Each website was developed with full English, German, and French translations, ensuring accessibility for a broader audience.

Automation: Automated processes were implemented to simplify operations, such as automatic emails for booking confirmations and reminders.

Results

Increased Engagement: With a streamlined, user-friendly experience and multi-language support, users engaged more with the site, leading to a noticeable increase in bookings for both fitness and ski services.

Improved Lead Generation: The fitness website’s caloric calculator and personalized coaching options, along with the ski school’s new Zermatt landing page, saw a boost in lead generation, making the campaigns more effective.

Operational Efficiency: By implementing a modern booking system, automating emails, and integrating payment options, Fresh Horizon was able to improve operational efficiency significantly.
