The company already had an effective workflow where they sent printed flyers to neighborhoods before cleaning, and they wanted to leverage this offline marketing with an integrated digital marketing approach. The challenge was to create a digital strategy that could align with their existing workflow while minimizing budget and maximizing reach, targeting specific local areas.

1. Website Design and Development
We created a new, user-friendly website for Teams DachServices GmbH, focused on showcasing their roof cleaning services with clear calls-to-action (CTAs) to encourage bookings. The website was optimized for both desktop and mobile, ensuring easy navigation and fast access to service details, customer testimonials, and contact information.

2. Digital Marketing Strategy
We devised a digital marketing strategy that worked in tandem with Teams DachServices’ existing offline efforts, ensuring consistency and maximizing lead generation while keeping costs low.

Local Targeting for Ads and Posts: We organized social media posts, Meta ads, and Google ads targeting specific neighborhoods where Teamdach had recently sent flyers, aligning with their cleaning schedule. This ensured that digital efforts were highly localized and cost-efficient.

Weekly and Bi-weekly Ads:

One social media post per week announcing cleaning services in specific areas, promoting the business and encouraging bookings.

One Meta ad per week or bi-weekly, targeting the neighborhoods where Teamdach was performing services, with a call-to-action for booking a cleaning session.

One Google ad per week or bi-weekly, targeting location-based keywords to drive local traffic and boost visibility.

3. Post-Work Content for Engagement
After each cleaning session, we asked clients to send before-and-after pictures of their roofs. These photos became a key asset for creating engaging, high-converting content.

Before-and-After Posts: Each cleaning job would result in a before-and-after social media post that showcased the impressive results of Teamdach’s services. This not only helped to visually promote the service but also built trust with potential customers.

Blog Posts for SEO: We created blog posts for each before-and-after case, targeting 2-3 local keywords along with service-specific keywords. These blog posts were designed to improve local SEO performance, driving traffic from users searching for roof cleaning services in specific areas.

4. Performance Tracking and Optimization
The entire strategy was executed over 3 months, with continuous tracking and optimization of each digital marketing channel. Metrics such as ad engagement, lead conversions, website traffic, and local search rankings were monitored to evaluate the success of the campaign and make necessary adjustments for better performance.
